Changes to the date or time of your reservation can be requested via email. We will do our best to accommodate changes based on availability. There is no fee for rescheduling if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling closer to the visit date is subject to confirmation.

If you need to cancel your visit, please inform us at least 24 hours ahead. In most cases, a refund or voucher can be issued. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may not be eligible for refund. Clear communication helps us support all visitors effectively.

4. No-Show Policy
Failure to appear without prior notice may result in loss of the ticket value. We encourage guests to notify us of delays or issues. While we understand unexpected events, we must balance fairness to all visitors. No-shows are considered final.

5. Gift Tickets and Vouchers
Gift tickets and digital vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred. We require the recipient’s name and contact before the scheduled date. Transfers must be confirmed by our team. We’re here to help make the process smooth.

6. Event Cancellations by GoghPoint
In the rare case that we need to cancel an event, all guests will be notified immediately. A full refund or reschedule option will be offered. We aim to minimize disruption and offer flexible alternatives. Your satisfaction is important to us.

7. Special Circumstances
If illness, travel issues, or emergencies arise, we encourage you to write to us. Each situation is considered individually and handled with care. We may offer a credit or alternative visit time. Communication is key for support.
